Organic Protection-STONE-processing instructions
Organic Protection-STONE is easy to process, as it hardens quickly and contains no chemicals or solvents. The processing should be chosen depending on the application.
Options for processing - ORGANIC STONE PROTECTION
(for indoor use)
1) Use Cold powder from the can
You can use the cold Protection Organic powder on warm / hot surfaces, at least 70 degrees Celsius (158 ° F) or more scatter and spread evenly.
Make sure that Organic Protection completely melts or dissolves and can be taken entirely from stone / absorbed.
It is advisable to preheat the surface to be worked on at least 70 degrees Celsius (158 °F) or more to make Organic Protection in the stone surface suck / can penetrate. To do this, use a heat source such as a heat gun or hair dryer. Always make sure that you use fireproof gloves.
When using hot air, make sure that Organic Protection is liquid at about 65-70 degrees Celsius (158° F) and melts. We recommend to wipe the remaining, still liquid material after processing, which can not be absorbed by the stone surface with an absorbent cloth to the end. Let the stone or the countertop cool down after processing and ensure that during processing and during cooling the stone area / work area will not be used by anybody!
There may be changes in color (different from stone to stone), so you should do a "test paint" before processing starts.
2) Apply a thin layer with a brush
Heat Organic Protection in a water bath to about 65-70 degrees Celsius (149 -158 °F).
Adjust the Organic Protection can in a water bath (in a saucepan on the stove) and heat it under supervision.
Make sure that heating water does not enter the Organic Protection can.
You can apply the liquid Organic Protection with the brush. Be sure to apply thin! It is advisable to preheat the stone surface to be painted to about 65-70 degrees Celsius (149 -158 °F) or more to make Organic Protection penetrate into the stone surface. Depending on the density of the stone, and if necessary repeat the process with higher temperatures to increase the viscosity of Organic Protection. To do this, use a heat source such as a heat gun or hair dryer.
If Organic Protection became hard on the stone surface, by heat it can always be softened or liquefied again. Always make sure that you use fireproof gloves. When using hot air, make sure that Organic Protection liquefies already at about 65-70 degrees Celsius (149 – 158 °F). We recommend if the remaining excess is still liquid on the surface, simply wipe with an absorbent, dust-and lint (cloth) cloth.
Let cool down the stone or countertop after processing, and please be careful that during processing and during cooling the stone area / work area shall not be used by anybody! Organic Protection must be completely absorbed by the surface.

3) Process with a heated spray system
Organic Protection can also be applied with heated spray systems. We are happy to inform you about existing heat spray systems for industrial needs.
Materials, which are completely coated with Organic Protection are waterproof.
Organic Protection is resistant to many types of acid and lye after proper use and resistant over the years.
