Organic Protection-RESIN-processing instructions
Organic Protection-RESIN is easy to process, as it hardens quickly and contains no chemicals or solvents. Organic Protection RESIN can be e.g. Cotton fabric or fibers. The processing should be selected after use.
Options for processing - ORGANIC RESIN PROTECTION
1) Dive tissue in liquid resin
Heat Organic Protection in a water bath to about 65 degrees Celsius (150 °F).
Adjust the Organic Protection can in a water bath and heat it under supervision.
Make sure that no water can get into the Protection Organic can on heating.
You also can dip textile or cloth in in the heated Organic Protection RESIN (about 65 °C, 150 °F). The tissue fibers suck in seconds with the substance. All you need is about 10 seconds, depending on the tissue strength to let it soak the fabric in Organic Protection RESIN, then remove immediately and drain well.
The curing takes about 5-10 minutes (depending on the material thickness and the ambient temperature). Is Organic Protection RESIN cured in the tissue once, it can always be made modeled by heat hot air gun or a commercial hair dryer back soft or liquid and thus malleable again / again. Always make sure that you use fireproof gloves. When using hot air, make sure that Organic Protection RESIN can form even at about 65 degrees Celsius (150 °F). The heat treated area shall be heated only briefly and the heat source (hot air or hair dryer) shall not be pointed too long on a particular area.
2) With the brush
You can apply the liquid Organic Protection RESIN with a brush. Make sure that is applied thickly, so that the liquid resin is well absorbed by the fibers.
3) Use powder
You can sprinkle the cold Organic Protection RESIN on hot (preheated) substrates (at least 70 degrees C, 158 °F). Make sure that the Organic Protection RESIN melts and dissolves completely or can be completely taken up from the ground / absorbed.
3) Process with a heated spray system
Organic Protection can also be applied with heated spray systems. We are happy to inform you about existing heat spray systems for industrial needs.
Materials, which are completely coated with Organic Protection are waterproof.
Organic Protection is resistant to many types of acid and lye after proper use and resistant over the years.
